My name is Brenna, and I am, in fact, always growing.

In all honesty, I’ve never been great at selling myself, which is ironic, as the last several years of my professional career have been largely sales-focused. My approach to that is to always be as honest as I can, and not over-inflate the value of something when I know that the product will speak for itself. So that’s what I’ll do here in hopes that the people who get it, get it.

I’ve spent most of my adult life jumping head first into situations which I was ill prepared for, and made a habit of figuring it out anyways. From serving a religious mission mid Covid, to kick-starting a freshly scorched solar permitting team, to managing a flooring showroom, with absolutely no prior flooring experience. None of this was planned per se, and has made my career path look non-linear, but what each situation provided, was the opportunity for me to learn and grow in the exact ways I needed.

My approach in life has always been the same: put yourself in a room with people who know more than you, pay attention, and do the work until you're the one people come to with questions. I love teaching just as much as I love learning, and the pride that comes with building a strong knowledge base for myself is unmatched. What I’m working towards now is deliberately uncomfortable, and undeniably exciting as I build and grow the life I want and feel passionate about.

Outside of work, I’m what I like to call boho crunchy. I love being outdoors on a beautiful hike or camping with my fiancé. I’m happiest when I’m refurbishing a thrift-store find, building something new, or with my hands in my garden. My family always comes first, and I pride myself on being someone they come to for a laugh or advice.
